Client Southern Homes has provided 28,000 homes for over 72,000 people and last year took part in the Best Companies survey, resulting in a ranking in the top 50 companies in London to work for. Working with AD Construction Group, one of the leading privately owned public sector specialist providers of refurbishment services, Rexhill Scaffolding designed and built a full access system.
This six-storey project for the Peabody Trust, one of London’s oldest and largest housing associations, was a complex design and installation. It required 750 X beams bridged over a long span to ensure safe and secure access to wash down the structure and was located adjacent to a high-speed rail line.
